Role Summary
The Business Excellence Manager will work full time from the company’s Sharjah office. This position focuses on creating, rolling out, and tracking business excellence frameworks that strengthen processes and improve overall organizational results.
What You Will Do
- Evaluate current business operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate process review sessions and workshops with relevant teams.
- Design and document standard operating procedures and process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute operational excellence initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and measure progress against business goals.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support change management efforts linked to improvement programs.
- Encourage and reinforce a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
Required Background
- Strong capability in business process improvement, process design, and mapping.
- Experience with process excellence and operational excellence methods.
- Advanced analytical ability, including data interpretation, performance tracking, and structured problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Additional qualifications or certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma are beneficial.
- Prior exposure to business transformation, continuous improvement, or business excellence work, preferably in a corporate or multi-business setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional work and influence different levels of the organization.
- Comfort using process mapping tools, data analysis software, and MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work on-site in Sharjah and manage several priorities at once in a changing business environment.
