Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist position based in Jeddah. The role centers on uncovering new business opportunities, researching the market, attracting leads, and building productive connections with prospective clients. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to shape growth strategies and help ensure a positive experience for both potential and current customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential business avenues and help expand the company’s client base.
- Carry out market research to understand opportunities, trends, and competitive conditions.
- Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Partner with internal teams to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Contribute to a smooth, professional client experience from first contact onward.
- Use strong analytical thinking and communication skills to support business development outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong analytical ability to assess market information and spot growth potential.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations, proposal discussions, and collaboration.
- Background in lead generation and market research for business expansion.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
