About Flexii

Flexii is creating an on-demand work-matching platform across Asia with the goal of helping people unlock their potential anytime and anywhere. The company already supports a large user base and is now looking to expand the number of opportunities available on the platform while strengthening its business growth in Singapore.

The role is focused on driving expansion on the commercial side and contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking opportunities and generating social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run go-to-market initiatives for major business segments such as retail, logistics, and hospitality.
  • Identify leads, manage the sales pipeline, progress opportunities through each stage, and close deals efficiently.
  • Take ownership of growth outcomes, including GMV and revenue, while increasing value from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to improve the overall customer journey.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a startup or other fast-growing environment.
  • A demonstrated history of surpassing quarterly or annual targets with measurable results.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn market insights into practical actions and manage KPI-based PDCA cycles.
  • Business-level English communication skills.
  • Strong alignment with Flexii’s mission, vision, and values, along with a genuine motivation to create social impact.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with the gig economy.
  • Prior business development experience across ASEAN markets.
  • Experience scaling a business from early stage to larger growth phases.
  • Understanding of unit economics in platform-based businesses.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
