About The Role
As a Business Development Representative (SDR) at Workday, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, creating the initial impression for prospective clients. Based in our Singapore office, you will leverage your experience and consultative selling skills to build lasting relationships with potential customers and executive sponsors. Your role will involve employing effective sales strategies to position Workday as a compelling alternative to traditional ERP solutions and to cultivate customers into key references.
Responsibilities
- Promote and educate the market about Workday's technology and applications.
- Generate new business leads through strategic outbound prospecting targeting the Thailand market.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives by understanding their business needs, challenges, and future plans to align them with Workday's solutions.
- Act as a collaborative member of the regional sales team, working closely with country managers and marketing to develop joint business development strategies.
About You

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Thai is a mandatory requirement.
- Market Acumen: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sales within the Thailand market.
