Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in expanding DiliTrust's presence in the Middle East and Arabic-speaking markets by generating high-quality leads that accelerate company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to devise and execute effective prospecting strategies, fostering strong partnerships within BDR-AE teams.
  • Lead targeted phone outreach campaigns to maximize the scheduling of qualified meetings in a competitive, goal-oriented environment featuring challenges and incentives.
  • Supplement telephone prospecting with multi-channel approaches including email and LinkedIn to enhance lead generation and develop a solid sales pipeline.
  • Conduct qualification meetings to evaluate client requirements and ensure smooth transition to Account Executives.
  • Manage complete sales cycles within Mid-Market and Enterprise segments when necessary.
  • Build authentic relationships with potential clients through empathy, curiosity, and effective listening.
  • Contribute to ongoing refinement of prospecting techniques, scripts, and outreach sequences.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Native Arabic fluency paired with advanced written and spoken English skills are mandatory.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a BDR within a SaaS software company.
  • Previous sales, prospecting, or customer service experience is advantageous; promising junior candidates will also be considered.
  • Educational background spanning 3 to 5 years in business, marketing, management, or communications is beneficial.
  • Strong commercial insight coupled with a genuine interest in Legal Tech and software solutions.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools including Outreach, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Capability to quickly establish rapport and engage with senior executives like CLOs, General Counsels, and CFOs.
  • High resilience, self-drive, and practical, hands-on approach suited to fast-paced, rapidly growing environments.
  • Strong teamwork orientation, thriving within collaborative BDR and AE partnerships.
  • Curiosity towards Legal Tech innovation and adaptability to evolving job responsibilities.
