We are seeking a Business Development Representative to enhance the quality and satisfaction of agency partnerships, oversee daily agency workflows, and support the execution of team events and initiatives.

Key Duties

• Identify and address agency requirements to boost service quality.
• Oversee daily operations within agencies, offering actionable recommendations and resolving operational challenges.
• Sustain and strengthen connections with agency proprietors and pivotal stakeholders to improve retention and operational stability.
• Gather and relay feedback from agencies to higher management and ensure follow-through on enhancement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams on event planning, contribute ideas, and supervise event rollouts and activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with streaming content platforms and incentive programs.
• Strong communication abilities combined with effective teamwork and resilience under pressure.
• Proficient in conversational English.
