Role overview

Ivanti is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help expand its footprint in Australia. In this role, you will build relationships with prospects and customers, create new business opportunities, and support the wider sales organization by generating qualified meetings and insights.

This position sits close to the center of the go-to-market motion. You will help uncover customer needs, identify opportunities for the sales and account teams, and contribute to the growth of Ivanti’s brand and business outcomes through thoughtful outreach and meaningful conversations.

Key responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential and current customers through a high volume of outbound phone calls and emails, including key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Work in close coordination with sales, marketing, and channel partners on campaign execution.
  • Move opportunities through the early business development cycle, from first contact to scheduling productive meetings for the sales team.
  • Investigate accounts and buyer personas so outreach can be more relevant and effective.
  • Take part in regular planning meetings and contribute observations that help strengthen team strategy.
  • Maintain accurate activity records, monitor pipeline progress, and stay highly organized while working toward targets.
  • Share ideas that support process improvement and innovation across the team and broader go-to-market efforts.
