Job description
Job Summary
This position is focused on driving growth for manpower outsourcing services by spotting new business prospects, building qualified leads, nurturing client partnerships, and winning staffing-related contracts. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in the manpower services sector and be able to expand revenue while preserving strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot and pursue fresh business opportunities in manpower outsourcing and staffing solutions.
- Create leads through networking, client meetings, and market intelligence gathering.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with current and potential customers.
- Draft quotations and proposals, and take part in tender submissions.
- Handle commercial negotiations and work toward finalizing deals.
- Coordinate closely with recruitment and operations teams to support timely manpower mobilization.
- Track customer queries, contract renewals, and new business opportunities through follow-up.
- Keep an eye on market movements, competitor activity, and client expectations.
- Deliver on monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Compile weekly and monthly business development updates for management.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a closely related field is required.
Experience
Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of business development experience in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions. Prior exposure to the Qatar market is strongly preferred, and an established client network in Qatar would be a significant plus.
Qualifications & Skills
- Solid understanding of manpower outsourcing and staffing services.
- Strong capability in client acquisition and account relationship management.
- Experience creating proposals, quotations, and tender-related documents.
- Confident negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Clear written and spoken English communication.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
- A valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates already in Qatar with transferable sponsorship.
Additional Information
This role is based in Doha, Qatar and is a full-time, on-site position. The vacancy is with WALCO MIDDLE EAST.
