Role Overview
The Admission Officer will drive student enrollments across the assigned territory by creating a steady flow of leads through field marketing and outreach activities. The role includes school-based engagement, seminars, home counseling, and relationship-building with local education partners to meet admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a steady pipeline of prospective students by carrying out ATL and BTL marketing efforts, including seminars in schools, open seminars in towns, and outreach sessions in residential areas within the designated territory.
- Meet assigned admission and business development goals through school visits and interactions with principals, coordinators, and management representatives.
- Deliver a positive experience during home visits by counseling students and parents effectively and converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Develop business opportunities by maintaining relationships with local tuition teachers and other relevant educational contacts.
- Follow company processes and comply with internal policies and operational requirements.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Ability to handle customers with patience, empathy, and composure while using strong persuasive selling techniques.
- Good networking ability and confidence in presenting to groups during seminars.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, email writing, and sales/service-related software tools.
- Strong spoken communication in English and the relevant regional language.
- Willingness to travel and speak in public.
