Located on Gulidjan Land in Geelong, Victoria, this full-time permanent position involves expanding opportunities within Victorian hospitality and business solutions. genU supports diverse community initiatives, including disability and aged care, empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture partnerships with businesses, industry groups, and community stakeholders to unearth new opportunities.
- Spot emerging market trends and link organisations to workforce solutions that offer mutual benefits.
- Maintain and oversee a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring continuous engagement and sustainable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Advocate for social procurement practices and supported employment pathways that align business goals with positive community effects.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate trust and influence a diverse set of stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in identifying and capitalising on new opportunities to drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities with a focus on understanding client needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
- Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities and sustain progress across various projects.
- Proactive mindset with a keen interest in exploring opportunities and a dedication to producing positive social change.
- Must obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, with support provided throughout the process.
Additional Preferred Experience
- Background in sales or business development linked to social impact sectors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
- Experience related to Property Care, large-scale construction projects, or building trades.
Compensation and Benefits
