Role Overview
This position is for a motivated and goal-focused Business Development Manager/Executive in tech sales. The selected candidate will help expand the company’s client base, promote IT and software offerings, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and convert fresh business opportunities using both outbound outreach and incoming leads.
- Develop lasting professional relationships with potential as well as current clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate software or IT-based solutions.
- Deliver product walkthroughs, demos, and client-facing sales discussions.
- Create commercial proposals, handle negotiations, and work toward deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal delivery and support teams to help projects run smoothly and keep clients satisfied.
- Meet assigned sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Required Profile
- Prior experience of 1 to 5 years in business development, IT sales, or technology sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, convincing ability, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on exposure to lead generation, customer acquisition, and closing sales.
- Familiarity with software services, web development, mobile applications, or digital solutions is an advantage.
- A self-driven mindset with a strong focus on targets and outcomes.
Location
The role is based in Bhubaneswar, Khandagiri, Odisha, India, and is a full-time onsite opportunity.
