Employment Details
This is a permanent, on-roll position.
Experience and Background
Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong exposure to field sales and B2C sales is important. Prior work in luxury or premium products, home elevators, real estate, automobile, telecom, pharma, or other high-end consumer sales segments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full B2C field sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Identify, qualify, and convert premium customer prospects.
- Meet clients in person and deliver effective product presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close deals independently.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and deliver a high-quality client experience.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in field sales and B2C selling.
- Comfortable selling premium or high-value products.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Sound negotiation ability and a positive sales mindset.
- Stable work history is preferred.
- A four-wheeler is required for travel-related duties.
