Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time remote Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business prospects, cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, and promote Nextbrain’s offerings in web, mobile, UX, and digital marketing services. Responsibilities include conducting market research, qualifying leads, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and negotiating contracts in collaboration with internal teams. The role requires close coordination with technical and design units to understand services, develop go-to-market strategies, maintain sales pipelines, and forecast revenue accurately. Additionally, it involves setting measurable business development objectives, representing Nextbrain in virtual meetings and industry forums, and providing feedback to enhance client satisfaction and product offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in business development and sales processes such as lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Strong client relationship management abilities, including stakeholder communication, account oversight, and commitment to customer success.
- Understanding of digital products and services including web/mobile apps, UX/UI, and digital marketing principles.
- Competence in market research, strategic planning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy formulation.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation capabilities, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in remote settings while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience within IT services, software development, or digital agencies is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
