Role Overview

This position covers the South West region of Nigeria (Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Edo states), recognized as an underperforming yet high-potential territory for RxAll. The role demands 80% field activity including visiting pharmacies, onboarding and managing client relationships, and actively encouraging reorders. The market is highly competitive, requiring a savvy and relationship-focused sales professional well-versed in pharmacy procurement behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new pharmacy customers within the assigned territory, targeting 10-35 additions monthly during ramp-up.
• Conduct a minimum of 15-25 customer visits per week, ensuring thorough documentation with GPS, photos, and signed forms.
• Meet monthly sales volume goals corresponding to territorial revenue targets.
• Maintain high customer reorder rates exceeding 90% within seven days post-repayment.
• Retain at least 95% of active customers from month to month.
• Record all visits, calls, and pipeline activities daily in the CRM system.
• Support collections efforts by collaborating with the Collections Officer on overdue accounts.
• Prevent any involuntary customer churn caused by service failures in assigned accounts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Between 3 and 5 years of B2B field sales experience, including at least 2 years selling to retail pharmacies, hospitals, or healthcare distributors in South West Nigeria through Edo.
• Proven record of surpassing monthly sales targets of over ₦20 million.
• Existing connections with pharmacy owners in the territory strongly advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience with trade credit or lending products is valued.
• Access to reliable transportation is mandatory for daily client visits.
• Proficiency in English, Yoruba, and Pidgin languages.
• Comfortable with smartphone technology, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.

Compensation and Benefits

• Gross base salary ranging from ₦300,000 to ₦500,000 per month.
• Commission of 1% on the first disbursement to new customers and 0.25% on repeat customer disbursements monthly.
• Monthly performance bonus of ₦50,000 for achieving full new customer acquisition targets.
• Additional perks include health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage, pension plan, 13th-month salary, company-provided official sales car and phone, transport and phone allowances, plus data allowance.
• Total on-target earnings (OTE) estimated between ₦3.6 million and ₦6 million annually upon meeting targets.
