Role Overview
This position supports the Label Licensing sales function across APAC, with responsibility for both new business development and growth within existing accounts. The role covers the full sales process from lead generation through to deal closure, along with relationship management, pipeline building, and sales process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and operational support to the Label Licensing team across APAC, including work on both new business and existing accounts.
- Take ownership of sales growth in APAC markets and manage the full deal journey from prospecting through to closing.
- Build, nurture, and expand customer relationships while maintaining a dependable pipeline and helping establish best practices for the APAC sales team.
- Handle project work such as improving sales activities, supporting post-sale processes, and preparing sales materials.
- Work closely with exclusive partners and other service providers, including The Straits Times, The Financial Times, and Forbes.
- Communicate with senior decision-makers on the client side.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in B2B sales is needed.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
- A self-starting communicator who takes initiative when engaging with prospects and clients.
- Strong ability in communication, presentations, and negotiation.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Well-developed organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent English communication and pitching skills are essential.
- Fluency in either Mandarin Chinese or Thai is mandatory.
