Role Overview
This position is for a senior-level Business Development Manager who will operate as an individual contributor and build a global and enterprise outbound sales pipeline from the ground up. The role is centered on proactive hunting rather than relying on inbound inquiries, publisher referrals, or warm leads. The person hired will focus on opening conversations at CXO level and creating opportunities for high-value Odoo Enterprise implementation, migration, and consulting engagements.
The role offers the flexibility to pursue growth opportunities in international markets such as the GCC and Europe, while also targeting mid-to-large organizations in India that need premium enterprise solutions.

Core Responsibilities
- Independently research, identify, and build account maps for mid-market and enterprise prospects across global and domestic markets, especially in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and trading organizations using legacy or poorly maintained ERP systems.
- Run focused outbound initiatives in the GCC, Western Europe, and high-value Indian corporate segments, with attention to triggers such as e-invoicing compliance.
- Monitor domestic and international job boards for companies hiring Odoo talent or facing implementation challenges, and convert those signals into service opportunities with CIOs and CFOs.
- Conduct highly tailored outreach through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, personalized cold emails, and consultative phone conversations aimed at CIOs, IT directors, and CFOs.
- Use low-friction entry offers such as free Odoo code or database health checks and migration assessments to establish trust and secure initial engagement.
- Work closely with internal functional consultants to shape technical proposals, develop commercial structures, and move opportunities through contract signing and advance payment collection.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in international or domestic B2B IT services sales, including a minimum of 2 years dedicated to hunting ERP deals such as Odoo, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Demonstrated ability to close 5-figure USD deals or similarly high-value INR contracts through direct outbound efforts rather than inbound marketing or referrals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior and business environments in the GCC, Europe, or Indian corporate markets.
- Ability to qualify opportunities with discipline and focus on mid-market and enterprise implementations instead of small, high-maintenance customization work.
- Comfort discussing ERP migration risks, multi-company accounting consolidation, GST and regional tax compliance, and business ROI with senior finance or technology leaders.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence and presence needed to engage and challenge senior decision-makers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay is competitive and aligned with mid- to senior-level standards in IT services.
- Commission potential is uncapped and tied directly to collected revenue from closed accounts.
- Support will be provided by founders and senior solution architects who can assist with prototypes and technical backing during sales cycles.
- There is a clear path to help define the company’s sales approach and grow into a global Head of Sales position as the business expands.
