Overview
Clear Business is seeking dynamic Business Development Managers for positions based in Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton, Swindon, and Bristol, England. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about securing new deals, building lasting partnerships, and contributing significantly to company growth. Working remotely with some onsite commitments, you will be a key driver of sales and brand promotion across diverse industries and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently generate appointments through proactive cold calling on a daily and weekly basis.
- Maintain precise records, providing regular updates on appointment statuses, pipeline progress, and daily activities.
- Manage the full 360 sales process, from initial outreach and appointment setting to terminal installation and customer satisfaction follow-up, ensuring comprehensive application details.
- Visit local businesses to develop deep regional insights and foster strong client relationships.
- Participate in quarterly training sessions and regional meetings as required.
- Deliver expert advice on products being sold and stay informed on product updates and innovations.
- Collaborate with marketing to explore and develop new opportunities within target markets.
Success Indicators
- Build long-term client relationships that extend beyond immediate sales, preparing for future prospects.
- Utilize client demographic data to identify and focus on ideal customers for each business within your region.
Required Experience and Qualities
- Proven success in B2B sales or field sales roles, with hands-on experience of B2B sales methodologies, including dialler use, lead management, and CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment, adaptable to changes with ongoing improvement efforts.
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences, and able to remain composed under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and thoroughness.
