About the Role
Nuvo Aeon Diamond and Jewellery is seeking an energetic and goal-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within our Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery division. The position is primarily based in Jaipur with responsibilities extending across other key Indian cities such as Bangalore, Lucknow, Indore, Bhopal, Vishakhapatnam, and Bhubneshwar.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business prospects in the lab-grown diamond jewellery sector.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet set revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with various stakeholders including jewellery retailers, distributors, wholesalers, franchisees, and corporate clients.
- Drive expansion of the dealership and retail network within assigned territories.
- Leverage networking events, exhibitions, referrals, and market research to generate fresh sales leads.
Eligibility and Requirements
Proven track record in business development with specific experience in the jewellery industry is essential. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in both B2B and B2C sales approaches, coupled with the ability to cultivate long-term partnerships and capitalize on market expansion opportunities.
Compensation
Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 40,000 to INR 62,000.
