About the Role

As a Business Development Manager focused on client acquisition within the BPO sector, you will be responsible for expanding the company's domestic and international client base. This role involves managing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new BPO clients both locally and globally.
  • Develop leads using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, cold outreach, email marketing, and networking events.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales process including proposal creation, contract negotiations, and meeting set sales objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments ensuring smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Candidate Profile & Experience

  • Possess 5 to 6 years of professional experience in business development or client acquisition within the BPO industry.
  • Demonstrate a history of successfully closing deals in BPO or related fields.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in serving both domestic and international BPO clients is advantageous.
