About the role
This position is for a relationship-focused Business Development Manager who will help expand revenue through InvestMyFunds’ network of Chartered Accountant (CA) partners. The main emphasis is on activating, supporting, and growing business from the company’s current and growing base of CA partners who distribute mutual fund products to their clients. A secondary responsibility is to selectively bring in new CA partners from targeted clusters across Delhi NCR. This is primarily a channel and relationship management role rather than a pure acquisition role.
What you will do
- Work closely with existing CA partners to increase SIP and lump sum business routed through InvestMyFunds.
- Improve partner retention and engagement through regular reviews, training, and ongoing relationship management.
- Track partner activity in a structured pipeline and monitor weekly engagement and conversion performance.
- Communicate the long-term trail income and passive income potential to CA partners so they view the channel as a meaningful revenue source.
- Identify and onboard new Chartered Accountants as mutual fund distribution partners in carefully chosen high-potential clusters.
- Map and pursue CA clusters across Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, and nearby areas for targeted outreach.

Eligibility and requirements
Applicants must have at least 1 year of work experience and must be based in Delhi. The expected background includes B2B sales, relationship or channel management, or financial services such as mutual funds or insurance. Candidates with a finance or commerce background and strong aptitude may also be considered. You should be comfortable managing existing relationships, while also being able to network and reach out when needed. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, especially for dealing with professionals such as Chartered Accountants. The role also requires a self-driven, organized approach and comfort with owning a pipeline and weekly metrics.
Compensation and other details
The salary offered is INR 3,00,000 to INR 3,60,000 per year. There are 2 openings for this position. The role starts immediately.
