Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager (BDM) / Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our Recruitment & Staffing division in Chennai. This position demands a professional with demonstrated success in obtaining clients and generating revenue within the Recruitment field, with additional advantage for those familiar with the Study Abroad / Overseas Education sectors. The role centers on meeting targets by acquiring new clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
- Secure corporate clients via various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and direct meetings.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
- Comprehend client hiring needs to close recruitment agreements successfully.
- Drive business growth across sectors such as IT, Healthcare, FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Non-IT industries.
- Explore and capitalize on prospects in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education segment.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless client engagement and delivery.
- Meet monthly revenue and business objectives.
- Handle contract negotiations and independently finalize business deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Verified experience in Business Development specific to Recruitment or Staffing industries.
- Strong capabilities in acquiring clients and managing relationships efficiently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation proficiency.
- Consistent record of revenue generation.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment market dynamics.
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual.

- Professionals currently employed in Recruitment or Staffing organizations.
- Experienced former Recruitment BDMs or BDOs.

Additional Details
This is a full-time position based in Chennai. Candidates must attend a mandatory face-to-face interview upon shortlisting.
