Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in the insurance and financial services domain. The role involves expanding our footprint by recruiting and leading Financial Consultants, while advancing sales in life, health, and general insurance products, alongside investment offerings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential Financial Consultants via networking, personal contacts, and referrals to build a competent sales team.
- Generate new business opportunities utilizing cold calling, field visits, and other active sales methods.
- Develop, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed set sales targets and enhance productivity.
- Promote and sell a diverse portfolio including Life, Health, General Insurance, and Investment Products.
- Consistently achieve business objectives on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual bases.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure continued business growth and referral opportunities.
- Monitor team outcomes and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any field; MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
- Proven networking capabilities and aptitude for recruiting new team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in sales techniques and negotiation.
- Strong leadership qualities with team management experience.
- Self-driven with a focus on meeting targets under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits
