Role Overview

This position is for a Business Development Manager fluent in Arabic, based in Dubai. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving growth within multi-asset trading markets.

Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture relationships with prospective clients and partners who may be interested in trading products such as gold, oil, FX, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Bring on board introducing brokers and support them in increasing accounts, deposits, and revenue.
  • Identify and approach money managers and introducing brokers across the UAE and wider MENA region.
  • Develop business opportunities through relationships both within and outside the market, targeting introducing brokers from different industries.
  • Assess customer trading requirements and prepare tailored proposals for services that match those needs.
  • Cross-sell retail clients who qualify for introducing broker status and guide them through the customer growth journey.
  • Keep current on developments and market trends in FX, commodities, stocks, and indices.
  • Provide guidance on trading approaches, options, and risk management.
  • Explain trading terminology and market practices clearly to clients.
  • Represent the company at industry and corporate events to generate leads, as assigned by management.
  • Work toward and achieve sales targets.
  • Reach out to potential or existing customers to understand their questions and requirements.
  • Create presentations and proposals that clearly explain the company’s service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and record all communication.
  • Track and follow up on client funding, trading volume, and new account activations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Forex or CFD brokerage sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with a strong drive to win business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across different cultures and regions.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing tasks hands-on.
  • Working knowledge of financial markets, including FX, stocks, and commodities.
  • Understanding of both technical and fundamental analysis.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
  • Sales capability with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
