Company Overview

HBSS UAE helps businesses establish and expand their operations in the United Arab Emirates. The company works across Commercial, Industrial, and Professional licensing and supports a wide range of clients, from startups and SMEs to larger organizations. Its services also include visa support for tourists, families, and freelancers, along with PRO services covering government processes, documentation, and compliance. The overall goal is to make setup and ongoing operations simpler so clients can stay focused on growth.

Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive position in the United Arab Emirates. The selected candidate will focus on finding new business opportunities for company formation, licensing, visa, and PRO-related services. The role covers lead generation, lead qualification, client meetings, proposal preparation, and end-to-end sales management through to closing. It also includes account growth, client relationship building, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business prospects in the UAE market.
  • Generate leads, assess their suitability, and convert qualified opportunities into sales.
  • Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable service solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and manage the complete sales process from first contact to deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and look for opportunities to increase account value.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure correct information, smooth execution, and prompt follow-up on client needs.

Candidate Profile

  • Freshers are preferred, and applicants holding their own visa or a dependent visa are also preferred.
  • Prior experience in new business development and lead generation with a history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
  • Good understanding of business setup and company formation, especially in the UAE.
  • Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build trust with different types of clients.
  • Experience in account management and in identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Background in business services, consulting, or related fields is useful; knowledge of UAE licensing, visa, or PRO services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle time well in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and basic office tools such as MS Office or similar software for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • English fluency is required; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is considered beneficial.
