Business Development Executive - Transport and Logistics Sales

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with 3 to 5 years of sales experience specifically in Transport, Cargo, or Logistics sectors. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while contributing to the company’s revenue growth through strategic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to assess and understand the requirements of targeted customers.
• Effectively present and promote company services to potential clients.
• Formulate and implement sales plans aimed at achieving targets.
• Perform field visits to generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
• Compile weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress and inform management.
• Support management efforts to boost overall sales performance.
• Prepare and send commercial proposals to prospective clients.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management as needed.
