Job description
Position Overview
We seek a proactive and achievement-oriented Business Development Executive to enhance business expansion by discovering new prospects, cultivating strong client partnerships, and boosting revenue streams. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication abilities, a client-centric approach, and be skillful in transforming leads into enduring business relationships.
Key Duties
- Source and generate fresh business leads through on-ground visits, cold calls, emails, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and sustain robust connections with both current and potential clients.
- Consistently drive order generation and facilitate coordination between transporters and traffic points of contact for optimal vehicle allocation.
- Comprehend client needs for Full Truck Load (FTL) orders.
- Negotiate payment conditions (Advance To Hub & Back To Hub) and finalize agreements to meet sales targets.
- Liaise with internal departments such as operations, finance, and marketing to guarantee efficient client onboarding and project execution.
- Track market developments, competitor strategies, and client feedback to remain competitive.
Performance Metrics

Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000.
