Business Development Executive - TicketLine.in

About the Role

TicketLine.in is a digital ticketing solution designed to help event organizers and organizations efficiently manage and sell tickets online. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to enhance our client base across West Bengal by connecting with various event-related organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and gather detailed information about potential clients including Puja Committees, event organizers, clubs, auditoriums, entertainment venues, and cultural bodies.
• Develop and maintain a structured database listing organization names, addresses, websites, phone numbers, and contact persons.
• Engage prospective clients to communicate the advantages of TicketLine.in for ticket and pass sales.
• Follow up with interested parties and guide them through the onboarding process.
• During Durga Puja season in Kolkata, perform on-site visits to assist committees with platform registration and onboarding.
• Keep consistent follow-ups and maintain updated lead progress status.

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable interacting with representatives of organizations and committee members.
• Willingness to conduct field visits within Kolkata as necessary.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones, internet usage, and web applications.
• Ability to work independently with focus on achieving daily and weekly targets.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or telecalling is advantageous but fresh candidates may also apply.

Additional Information

This is a target-driven business development role requiring field engagement; it is not solely desk-based data entry. The job involves a mix of phone outreach, research, and field visits based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 4500 to INR 16000, commensurate with performance and targets.
