Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive position in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on finding and assessing new business prospects, developing a strong sales pipeline, and supporting revenue growth for Fayd LLC’s AI products and services.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes researching target sectors, identifying and developing leads, conducting client discussions and presentations, and drafting proposals tailored to customer requirements. You will also be responsible for expanding and managing important client accounts, working with technical and delivery teams to help ensure smooth implementation, and sharing regular forecasts and performance updates. In addition, the position requires participation in industry events, relationship-building with key decision-makers, and collecting market insights that can be used to improve offers and shape go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring a strong background in new business development and lead generation, with evidence of building and converting a healthy sales pipeline. Solid account management experience is needed, including handling client relationships, renewals, and opportunities to upsell. You should be able to communicate clearly and confidently, especially when explaining complex AI topics in practical, business-oriented terms.

Prior experience selling technology, AI, or consulting services in a B2B environment is preferred. The role also calls for someone who can work independently, organize priorities effectively, and perform well against targets in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent practical experience is also acceptable. Familiarity with the Qatar and GCC business environment is important, along with a willingness to attend in-person meetings and events across the region. Strong English proficiency is required, and Arabic is considered an advantage.

Compensation Note

This is a commission-based opportunity.
