Role Summary
The company is seeking skilled Business Development Executives with solid experience in the recruitment or staffing domain. These professionals will independently secure clients and handle all facets of their hiring requirements from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and secure new clients who have ongoing hiring demands.
- Build strong, lasting rapport with key decision-makers such as HR managers, founders, and department leads.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs to ensure precise recruitment outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely position fulfillment.
- Manage the complete process: acquiring clients, interpreting hiring needs, and successfully completing placements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and vacancies.
Mandatory Requirements
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in recruitment, staffing, or consultancy-based business development roles.
- Demonstrable track record of successful client acquisition and closure in hiring services.
- Solid understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve targets.
