Role overview

Qualysec Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive to strengthen its marketing/sales efforts. In this role, you will help grow the customer base and contribute directly to revenue generation for cybersecurity services.

What you will do

  • Find and approach prospective clients and suitable market segments for cybersecurity offerings and services.
  • Research market conditions, customer expectations, industry movements, and competitor activity in depth.
  • Create and execute a business development approach aimed at entering new markets and increasing sales.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Drive business opportunities through outreach activities such as cold calling and networking.
  • Track industry updates and share periodic sales and marketing performance insights with management.

What the role requires

  • Prior experience as a Business Development Executive or in a comparable role within software or B2B environments.
  • Strong knowledge of technology products, solutions, and services.
  • Solid sales and negotiation ability with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A self-driven, proactive, and outcome-focused approach, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
