Role Overview

This position is for a Business Development Executive focused on pre-sales for digital marketing and IT services. The role is based in Mansarovar, Jaipur, and follows a full-time, work-from-office setup. The schedule is 5 working days per week. Compensation is listed at ₹2.16 LPA to ₹3.00 LPA.

About the Opportunity

The hiring team is seeking a driven sales professional who can help expand agency business by creating new opportunities, nurturing prospects, and converting leads into customers for digital marketing and web development services. The right person will already have practical exposure to agency-style selling, client conversations, lead generation, and proposal handling. This role is suited to someone aiming to build a strong sales career while working with overseas clients and complex digital projects.

Important Notes

  • Applications are intended only for candidates who have previously sold SEO, paid advertising, website development, or digital marketing services to clients outside India.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, IT sales, or digital marketing sales is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, Upwork, Freelancer, networking, and similar channels.
  • Spot viable business opportunities and turn prospects into paying clients.
  • Lead discovery discussions, client meetings, and requirement-gathering conversations.
  • Create proposals, quotations, presentations, and service recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Stay in touch with prospects regularly and keep the sales pipeline active and healthy.
  • Handle the full sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Work closely with SEO, PPC, web development, and project teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
  • Look for upsell and cross-sell opportunities across agency services.
  • Contribute to monthly targets and overall revenue growth.

Required Background and Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales related to digital marketing, IT services, or website development.
  • Prior interaction with international clients.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, website development, and related digital offerings.
  • Confidence in managing sales discussions independently.
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Ability to work from the Jaipur office.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or IT services company is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Background in B2B sales and international projects is desirable.
