Role Overview
This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work from home as a Business Development Executive focused on expanding recruitment service clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business prospects via cold calls, professional networking, email outreach and client recommendations.
- Engage directly with HR managers, talent acquisition specialists, company owners, and key decision-makers to present Job Point Consultancy's recruitment solutions.
- Develop strong, long-lasting client relationships by acquiring new accounts.
- Arrange virtual or face-to-face meetings to gain clear insights into clients' hiring needs.
- Promote a range of recruitment services including permanent hiring, executive search, bulk staffing, and staffing solutions tailored to client demands.
- Prepare detailed commercial proposals, contracts, and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms effectively and bring business discussions to successful closures.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure the prompt provision of qualified candidates.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communications with current clients to encourage repeat engagements and referrals.
