Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)

Role overview

Creative Motion is looking for a Business Development Executive with online bidding experience to help expand its client base across domestic and international markets. This is a full-time work-from-home position focused on generating opportunities for creative services and converting them into business.

Work schedule

The role follows Monday to Saturday working days, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.

Experience needed

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience are preferred. Freshers who have strong English communication skills may also be considered.

Key responsibilities

The selected professional will be expected to source leads through major freelance and networking platforms, submit project bids, connect with potential clients, draft proposals and quotations, and support deal conversion. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal creative and technical teams, and helping secure projects in animation, 3D animation, motion graphics, video production, and related creative services. Meeting monthly lead generation and sales targets is an important part of the job.

Skills required

Strong English communication, proposal writing, client management, online bidding, negotiation, relationship-building, and the confidence to interact with international customers are important for this role. A self-driven, growth-focused attitude is also expected.
