Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Indore for a Business Development Executive. The role is focused on finding and converting new business opportunities by researching markets, identifying qualified prospects, and developing a healthy sales pipeline. It includes reaching out through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, introducing Krystalads’ service offerings, drafting proposals, and handling negotiations to close deals.
Key responsibilities
The executive will also manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, work to ensure satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams so service delivery runs smoothly. In addition, the role requires monitoring sales results, keeping accurate CRM records, and sharing regular updates and business insights with leadership.
Qualifications
- Capability to win new business, generate leads, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Good commercial understanding and business sense to spot growth potential and prioritize leads effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confident client presentations.
- Background in account management with a focus on building lasting client relationships and satisfaction.
- Prior exposure to advertising, marketing, or other B2B sales environments is an advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM and productivity tools to track leads, activities, and performance updates.
- Willingness to work on-site in Indore and consistently meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
