The Flick Studio is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive who can help grow the client portfolio and contribute to revenue expansion. This position suits someone who is confident in client-facing conversations, takes initiative, and enjoys creating lasting business partnerships.
Core responsibilities
- Source fresh business leads through networking, cold outreach, and online channels.
- Build and nurture productive relationships with clients and business partners.
- Assess client requirements and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
- Create persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to support campaign delivery.
- Keep lead details and client communication records organized and up to date.
Requirements
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a closely related position.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with negotiation skills.
- Capability to develop trust and rapport with clients.
- A self-driven, goal-focused approach to work.
- Exposure to CRM systems and sales pipeline management is advantageous.
- Background knowledge of branding, digital marketing, or the media sector is preferred.
