Business Development Executive – Fundraising & Partnerships

A prominent social impact organization located in Visakhapatnam is seeking a driven Business Development Executive specialized in Fundraising and Partnerships. This role supports the organization's efforts in resource mobilization and nurturing collaborative alliances. Key Responsibilities

• Seek out and cultivate opportunities for CSR engagement, donor support, and institutional partnerships.
• Conduct research on CSR programs, grants, and other funding avenues.
• Create concept notes, proposals, presentations, budget plans, and other partnership documentation.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with corporations, donors, foundations, government bodies, and academic institutions.
• Manage coordination for proposal submissions, memoranda of understanding, and partnership follow-ups.
• Assist in fundraising campaigns, donor progress reporting, and documenting impact.
• Keep databases updated for partnerships and track business development activities.
• Represent the organization at CSR-related meetings, professional networking events, and stakeholder interactions.
• Travel as necessary for meetings with partners, site visits, and events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, or Communications.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication plus presentation capabilities.
• Skilled in drafting proposals and reports.
• Proficient in networking and building lasting relationships.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Competency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for professional meetings and field visits.
• Preferred qualities include enthusiasm for social sector work, eagerness to learn, adaptability, proactivity, fluency in English and Telugu, and possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges between ₹18000 and ₹20000, subject to qualifications and experience, plus incentives based on performance.
