About the Role
Wonderla Holidays Limited, renowned for its amusement park operations across multiple locations in India, invites applications for the position of Business Development Executive based in Kottayam, Kerala. This full-time, onsite role involves driving growth initiatives and managing key client relationships within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business leads from educational institutions, corporate offices, and coaching centers in the Kottayam area.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with decision makers such as heads of institutions and corporate HR or administrative personnel.
- Promote and manage group bookings as well as seasonal sales campaigns to boost revenue.
- Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous business opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be residents of Kottayam only.
- Fluency in both Malayalam and English is essential for effective communication.
- Flexibility and readiness to travel within the entire Kottayam region.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is highly preferred to facilitate mobility.
- Educational qualifications preferably include a graduate degree or an MBA.
- No prior work experience is necessary; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an annual salary range between ₹400,000 and ₹500,000. Additionally, successful candidates will receive a job offer as part of the employment package.
