Edu Tantr is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow its reach in the education technology space. This role is suited to someone who is energetic, comfortable working with data and outreach tools, and confident in written communication.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute business development strategies to widen the company’s market presence.
• Work with spreadsheets to study data, monitor performance, and improve sales efforts.
• Create and run email campaigns aimed at attracting prospects and improving conversions.
• Research the market to spot new opportunities and trends within the education sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Prepare presentations and pitch products and services to prospective customers.
• Track sales outcomes, market movements, and competitor activity, then share insights for better decisions.

Skills and Profile

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with MS-Excel, email outreach, and clear written English. The role also calls for lead generation ability, strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, sales closure skills, and CRM-oriented client management.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is ₹4,80,000 to ₹6,00,000 per year.
