Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive at the fresher level who is keen to learn, advance professionally, and develop a long-term career in sales and client acquisition. In this role, you will help create new leads, engage prospective clients, and support the sales process through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and source new business opportunities using different channels such as LinkedIn, phone outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Connect with prospective clients and clearly present the company’s offerings.
  • Keep lead records organized and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support client discussions and presentation activities.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Track and compile reports on lead generation and sales-related activity.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal ability.
  • Fundamental knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Comfort and confidence in speaking with clients.
  • Quick learning ability and adaptability.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
