About the Role

Atiti Homestays Private Limited seeks a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to enhance our presence in the hospitality, travel, and events sectors. This role involves generating business through direct sales efforts and building strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new business opportunities by engaging in field sales and networking activities.
  • Promote the company's offerings, including homestays, villas, and event spaces, to a diverse client base.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and property owners.
  • Conduct client meetings, property visits, and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue objectives.
  • Develop partnerships and broaden the company’s market reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
  • Keep client databases and sales documentation up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Background or experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, travel, or event management is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
  • Possession of a personal bike is required for travel needs.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, with a confident approach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
