About the Role
Origain Global Corp IT Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 1 to 4 years of experience to join their sales team. This full-time role is based in Ahmedabad and requires the candidate to work according to the company’s requirements.
Responsibilities
The role involves generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales primarily in IT software products including HRMS, ERP, and CRM solutions. Field sales experience is desirable to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or business development is essential.
- Familiarity with HRMS, ERP, CRM, or other IT software sales will be advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to succeed in this position.
- Ability to independently generate leads and successfully close deals.
- Preference given to candidates with field sales expertise.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive fixed salary within the range of INR 15,000 to 30,000 per month.
- Performance incentives including up to INR 1,000 bonus per closed deal.
- Monthly incentives from INR 15,000 to more than INR 50,000 based on performance.
- Travel allowance and daily allowance provided.
