Role overview

This position is for a Business Development Executive working on site in Delhi. The role is centered on managing customer interest, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales process in the real estate space.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer queries and lead inquiries.
  • Communicate with clients and keep up with follow-ups.
  • Assist in converting prospects into successful sales.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present and explain property investment plans clearly.

Eligibility

Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B corporate sales.
  • Strong follow-up and client management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and prospects.
  • Comfortable handling lead generation and sales conversations.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Compensation

The offered salary is INR 3,70,000 to 7,00,000 per year.
