Sourcebae is hiring a Client Partnership Executive for its Indore office. This is a full-time, on-site position with a compensation range of ₹4–7 LPA. The notice period required is 15 days or less, including immediate joiners.

What this role involves

Key responsibilities
You will work on account growth, client retention, and new business acquisition. The role calls for proactive outreach, strategic conversations with decision-makers, and coordination with internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes.
Experience and profile expected
The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of experience in client partnerships, key account management, or B2B sales. Experience in tech, staffing, recruitment, or SaaS environments is preferred. The role suits someone who can confidently engage with CXOs, founders, and other senior stakeholders.
