About the role

This position sits within Google Customer Solutions sales and focuses on helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through Google advertising products. The role calls for a strong sales mindset, familiarity with online media, and a commitment to customer success. You will work in a fast-moving environment, build trusted client relationships, uncover business goals, and translate them into practical advertising strategies. You will also collaborate with sellers to drive meaningful outcomes for customers and contribute to the evolution of advertising in the AI era.

What you'll do

  • Partner with businesses that are new to Google and help them understand how their goals can be matched with Google advertising solutions.
  • Develop a healthy pipeline of potential customers, support long-term growth, and shape business strategies that improve market performance.
  • Win new Google Ads business by pitching marketing solutions and building campaigns designed to improve client returns.
  • Speak with senior decision-makers to understand priorities and set clear expectations based on data.
  • Collaborate with a team of sellers while working from a curated prospect pipeline.

Minimum qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Fluency in both English and Hindi for client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience building and managing a business pipeline, meeting goals, and putting related agreements in place.
  • Background in the internet advertising space.
  • A proactive, organized, accountable approach and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, especially for pitching advertising solutions over video calls or in person.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to understand client priorities, structure their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
