Role overview

We are hiring energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Consultants to support a remote growth team. The main focus of this position is to bring in new clients, strengthen client partnerships, and help the company expand across important markets. This is a client-acquisition and revenue-driven role with responsibility for strategic account development.

  • Prospect, approach, and convert new client opportunities in your specialist market.
  • Develop durable, strategic relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Handle the complete business development cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and account expansion.
  • Create and implement market-entry and client acquisition plans that support company growth goals.
  • Deliver strong individual and team results against revenue and sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market movement, hiring demand, compensation trends, and competitor actions in your sector.
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and client meetings in domestic and international settings.
  • Be willing to travel frequently for client engagement and business growth activities.

Candidate profile

  • Background in business development within a recruitment or staffing agency environment.
  • Strong sector knowledge and an established client network in at least one of these areas: energy, construction, finance, healthcare, life sciences, or IT.
  • Proven success in generating new business and surpassing revenue goals.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Self-driven, resilient, commercially minded, and able to perform well while working remotely.
