The Business Development Associate will engage deeply with market research and business growth activities focused on urban development and real estate sectors. This role involves analyzing emerging trends, performing competitive analysis, and pinpointing investment potential to shape business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive market research to detect new trends and opportunities within urban development and real estate industries.
- Generate and qualify new business leads by networking, attending industry events, and reaching out to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with architects, contractors, city planners, financiers, and other industry key players.
- Collaborate internally to develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and business cases to attract partners and investors.
- Coordinate closely with project management teams to ensure seamless progression from business development to project implementation, aligning objectives accordingly.
- Support contract negotiations by assisting in drafting and managing terms and agreements for new business collaborations.
- Build and sustain lasting client and investor relationships to foster ongoing growth and repeat business.
- Assist sales teams by identifying prospects, devising sales strategies, and supporting market outreach.
- Maintain detailed records of business activities, project pipelines, and client interactions via CRM tools like Salesforce; generate periodic reports on progress, sales forecasts, and market status.
