SKE Engineering GmbH is part of the energy transition, offering innovative solar solutions from its headquarters in Austria to customers across Europe. The company supports residential, commercial, and large-scale projects with a focus on sustainable and forward-looking energy technologies.
This position is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is aimed at strengthening SKE’s photovoltaic business in the region.
Role overview
In this position, you will work closely with customers, installers, and internal teams to grow the photovoltaics business, support sales development, and promote technical solutions in the renewable energy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with strategic customers, especially C&I installers, while keeping satisfaction and long-term cooperation in focus.
- Identify and win new customers by understanding their individual requirements and matching them with suitable solutions.
- Offer technical guidance to existing clients across trade, industrial, and utility-related sectors.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate strategies and support customer success.
- Assess customer requirements, suggest appropriate products, and present technical information in a clear and persuasive way.
- Develop connections with new PV customers and installers, while also providing technical know-how and training support.
- Assist the Channel/Tier2 Manager in reaching sales goals and converting opportunities into orders.
- Plan and implement marketing activities and events together with the marketing team.
What will help you succeed
- A technical and commercial educational background, such as electrical engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in technical sales.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation ability, including the skill to explain technical topics in simple terms.
- Readiness to travel for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, especially photovoltaic technology, is an advantage.
- Native-level Bosnian language skills and good English proficiency.
