About the role

This position is a graduate-level business development opportunity with Ebury in Toronto, based in the office. It is designed for someone eager to start a career in sales within international finance, with the chance to earn uncapped commission, receive structured training, and grow into future leadership or specialist account management roles.

You will be joining a fast-moving fintech environment where your conversations, networking, and sales activity will help businesses expand globally through foreign exchange and international payment solutions.

What you will do

Your main focus will be to generate new business by reaching out to decision-makers across different industries, learning about their needs, and presenting relevant FX and cross-border payment solutions.

You will also support the sales process through prospect research, relationship building, negotiation, and closing opportunities. As part of the wider client journey, you will work with internal teams to help ensure a smooth handover and onboarding experience for new customers.

What you need to bring

Ebury is looking for a recent graduate who is motivated, enthusiastic, and interested in building a career in B2B sales or a client-facing role. Prior experience in foreign exchange is not required, as the company provides comprehensive training.

The role requires strong fluency in English, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the drive to perform against ambitious targets. A genuine curiosity about financial markets and how global trade works is also important. Mandarin, Spanish, or French would be beneficial, but they are not mandatory.
