About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business / Data Analyst to join a strategic, long-term contract project based in Dublin, focused on transforming and modernizing Credit Lifecycle Management (CLM) Monitoring. This role offers a chance to develop a data-centric, borrower-focused credit monitoring system that enhances risk oversight and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and clearly document business, process, and data requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Business, Data, and Technology teams.
- Create monitoring workflows, alert mechanisms, and business rule frameworks.
- Define how data is mapped and assist with enterprise-wide data projects.
- Promote process improvement initiatives by automating and standardizing workflows.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate data integrity, and ensure successful rollout of solutions.
- Contribute to capabilities such as Early Warning Indicators, Covenant Monitoring, Portfolio Monitoring, Definition of Default, and Enterprise Borrower strategies.
Requirements
- Proven business analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of Credit Risk, Lending processes, or Credit Lifecycle Management.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder relationship management and communication.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, conducting UAT, and data verification.
Additional Information
