The role involves active monitoring and managing surveillance camera feeds to ensure security and operational efficiency. It also includes direct communication with US-based banking clients to handle their inquiries and offer support professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and control surveillance operations using camera feeds to maintain security standards.
- Interact efficiently with clients from US banks, providing prompt responses and support.
- Participate in 8-hour rotating shifts as per schedule.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in spoken English to maintain clear dialogue with US clients.
- Basic computer literacy, especially competence in Microsoft Office tools, with emphasis on Excel.
